Frequently asked questions
When submitting your friend’s information, we’ll generate an email to send to them, along with a special referral link, unique to you, which is designed to help keep track of who the referral came from.
Once your friend opens the email and successfully signs-up for LDi, our team then reviews their information and can confirm who the referral came from, based on the unique link that was sent to them in the email as the source.
With the way our attribution system works, you can refer multiple friends at the same time.
Our referral system is built on a cookie-based system, which lasts on the browser for 90-days.
This means that, if your friend clicks your unique link, they’ll have 90-days to sign-up and fill out our student registration form, before the tracking disables.
It’s important to note that if your friend has already clicked someone else’s link within 90-days before clicking yours, you will not receive the referral.
It’s also important to note that the referral only works if the friend’s cookies are enabled, and that they have not deleted cookies, changed browsers or changed devices since clicking your unique link. As the tracking is set to a cookie on the browser, which lasts 90-days only.
