Dr. Asmaa Al-Taie is a Clinical Academic at the University of Leeds School of Dentistry and a Consultant in Restorative Dentistry at the Leeds Dental Institute. She holds an MSc with distinction and a PhD in dental composite materials from Leeds, and completed a five-year specialist training programme culminating in the Fellowship in Restorative Dentistry and Membership in Prosthodontics from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.

Dr. Al-Taie’s clinical and research interests focus on dental materials, digital workflows, and the management of complex cases including full-mouth rehabilitations and severe tooth wear. She leads the tooth wear rehabilitation service at Leeds and contributes extensively to both undergraduate and postgraduate education. As an active researcher and international lecturer, she brings a wealth of clinical and academic insight to her role as a valued faculty member at the London Dental Institute.
