Join Mr. Richard Moore in this live study club to gain a deeper understanding of bisphosphonates and biologics, and their implications in oral surgery. This session will cover the common drugs used and the conditions they treat, the implications for oral surgical practice, and the guidelines for managing patients on these medications.
SPEAKER
Mr. Richard Moore is a Lecturer & Consultant in Oral Surgery, graduating from the University of Birmingham in 2002. His career has been focused on Oral and Maxillofacial surgery.
Currently, he holds positions as a Clinical Lecturer in Oral Surgery at The University of Leeds and Honorary Consultant in Oral Surgery at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust. With expertise in bone grafting, dental implant placement, and managing medically compromised patients, Mr. Moore actively contributes to dental education.
He leads the Diploma in Oral Surgery at the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh and also contributes to the Diploma in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics at LDi.
