Report a Concern
If you have a concern about something that has happened at LDI, you can report it here. This page is open to anyone. You might be a student, a member of staff or a tutor, or someone who has witnessed something involving LDI. Concerns can include bullying, harassment or discrimination, or any other behaviour or situation you feel we should be aware of.
Choose how to report
You can report in two ways, depending on whether you are willing to give your name.
If you are happy to give your name
Email us at [email protected]. This is the most effective route, because it lets us look into what has happened, keep you informed and offer support where it is needed. Your report is seen only by the people responsible for handling it.
If you would prefer to stay anonymous
Use the form below. It does not ask for your name or email address and does not record anything that identifies you. If you would like a response, you can add your contact details, though this means your report is no longer anonymous.
Please note that reporting anonymously limits what we are able to do. Without a way to contact you, we may not be able to look into the matter fully, take formal action or offer you support directly. Where you are able to, giving us a way to reach you helps us respond properly.
What happens next
When we receive a report we review it and decide on the appropriate next step.
If you have given your contact details, we will acknowledge your report within five working days.
Anonymous report form
This form does not collect your name, email address or any other information that identifies you, and we do not record your IP address. Any detail that could identify you is included only if you choose to add it.
