A New Diploma in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics
Our latest diploma programme, the Diploma in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics (PG Dip.), is now underway, offering dentists a structured pathway to develop expertise in orthodontic treatment planning, clear aligner therapy, and dentofacial orthopaedics.
With new lecturers, fresh course materials, and a curriculum designed for real-world clinical practice, this programme provides a comprehensive, hands-on approach to orthodontic training. Welcoming 50 New Students!
January was a big month at LDi, as 50 new students joined our diploma programmes, bringing fresh energy and enthusiasm to our global community. Each of our diplomas is designed to give clinicians the skills, knowledge, and hands-on experience needed to take their careers to the next level.
Here’s a look at the three postgraduate diplomas available at LDi:
- Diploma in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics – A structured programme covering orthodontic diagnosis, treatment planning, and clear aligner therapy, helping dentists manage a wide range of orthodontic cases with confidence.
- Diploma in Dental Implantology & Oral Surgery – A practical course focused on implant placement, bone grafting, and complex extractions, equipping dentists with the skills to perform surgical procedures in their own practice.
- Diploma in Aesthetic & Restorative Dentistry – A deep dive into modern restorative techniques, helping clinicians achieve predictable, high-quality aesthetic outcomes for their patients.

Live Study Clubs – Now Open to More Clinicians
LDi’s Live Study Clubs (LSCs) have always been a highlight for our students, offering expert-led discussions and hands-on learning. This year, we’re opening up select sessions to non-student attendees, giving more dentists the opportunity to experience our teaching first-hand.
The next Live Study Club is happening on Friday, 28 February at 10:00 GMT, led by Dr. Stefano Carderi. This session will focus on:
- The underlying mechanisms of TMD (Temporomandibular Disorders)
- How to accurately diagnose and manage TMJ dysfunction
- Predictable restorative solutions for structurally compromised teeth
For dentists looking to refine their approach to TMD cases, this session will provide valuable insights and practical guidance.
In-Person Training in London This March
