As we move through May, preparations are underway for one of the most anticipated moments in our academic calendar: the launch of our new postgraduate cohorts on 30th May.

For dentists looking to take the next step in their clinical development this year, now is an ideal time to do so. Places are still available across all three of our diploma programmes, though the window is closing soon.

If you’re ready to grow your confidence in orthodontics, develop surgical skills in implantology, or refine your aesthetic and restorative work, this upcoming cohort offers a practical and flexible way to get started.

Final Places Now Available for May Intake

The following programmes are still open for late enrolment:

• Diploma in Orthodontics & Dentofacial Orthopaedics
• Diploma in Dental Implantology & Oral Surgery
• Diploma in Aesthetic & Restorative Dentistry

Each course is taught fully online and structured to support dentists working in practice. With live teaching, clinical case support, and personalised academic mentoring, students are encouraged to apply their learning in real time, while continuing to see patients.

If you’re considering joining, we recommend registering as soon as possible, as places are limited and the intake closes next week.

  Begin each module by getting to know the academic team, including their qualifications, clinical experience, and area of focus.
  
• Webinar Learning
  Access recorded lectures alongside detailed handouts, allowing you to learn at your own pace and revisit key concepts as needed.
  
• Further Reading
  Expand your knowledge with selected reading materials that support deeper engagement with the core content.
  
• Clinical Resources
  Practical tools such as research articles, clinical protocols, and editable forms are provided to help you apply what you’ve learned in practice.
  
• Discussion and CPD
  Engage with your lecturers and peers through discussion forums, complete a short quiz to receive your CPD certificate, and provide feedback to help shape future modules.

This structured approach allows for steady progress without the need to compromise your existing clinical commitments.

Upcoming Study Club: Digital Dentures with Beth Brown

We are also pleased to share an opportunity open to the wider LDi community. On 30th May 2025 at 14:00 BST, we’ll be hosting a live Study Club session led by Beth Brown.

Titled The Digital Denture Journey – Lab Insights for Clinicians, this session is ideal for dentists interested in understanding the transition from traditional denture workflows to digital methods. Beth will guide participants through the lab perspective, offering advice on how clinicians and technicians can collaborate more effectively for improved patient outcomes.

The event is free to attend, though places are limited, so we recommend registering early to reserve your space.
